Driving while blackberrying

Driving while using the blackberry - now a crime :)   I have to admit I look forward to a stop light turning red now so I can read a few emails, maybe even send some.

"If you are doing so in Washington State, cease and desist, or risk a fine."

I expect a few Microsoft employees will be effected by this, for the MS version of the blackberry of course
